Join us for a fun, informative, and hands-on introduction to the rocks that shape our landscape. Environmental Science graduate Tate Pronel will uncover how these rocks formed, what they reveal about this region’s history, and how you can recognize them on your own.
After a short 30-minute talk, we’ll head out on a 60-minute hike to spot examples on the trails. Bring your sense of wonder and wear a sturdy pair of shoes!
Perfect for curious minds ages 6 and up.
