HONEY HOLLOW VOLUNTEER WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE

Assumption of Risk: I understand that volunteer activities may involve hazards to me or my personal property. However, I am willing to take the risk of such hazards in order to participate in these activities. I hereby agree to assume those risks.

No Benefits: I understand that I am not acting as an agent, authorized representative, or employee of Honey Hollow Nature Center and am not entitled to any benefits that may accrue thereto.

Waiver and Release: In consideration of being allowed to participate in Honey Hollow Nature Center volunteer activities, I hereby release and agree to hold harmless Honey Hollow Nature Center and its employees, directors, officers and agents from any and all claims that may arise from or relate to my participation in these activities, including negligence on the part of any of them.

I agree that this Waiver and Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as allowed by Pennsylvania law, and that if any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder will still be in effect.

I further release Honey Hollow Nature Center from any claim whatsoever which arises or may arise on account of any first aid, treatment, or services rendered in connections with my participation in these activities. I give my permission to be transported to a hospital or emergency facility for treatment. Nothing in this authorization shall be deemed to require Honey Hollow Nature Center to take such an action.

All volunteers under the age of 18 years old must have a guardian sign below.

By entering my name in the signature box below, I agree that I am signing a legally binding Waiver and Release with Honey Hollow Nature Center. I further agree that I am at least 18 years old and not under a legal guardianship.
