Friday (January 15th-March 19th), 12:30-3:30pm. This winter’s session will focus on the theme of “Wildlife Adaptations”. We will take a look at migration, hibernation, changes in feathers/fur coloration and more! Group sizes are limited to ensure social distancing. masks are required. Spring Awakening Forest Bathing Walk

Join Certified Forest Therapist, Sharon Lohse, to experience a forest therapy walk designed to increase sensory awareness in nature, increase health by decreasing stress and anxiety by wandering slowly through the forests.  Learners will learn what a “sit spot ” is, experience a number of invitations creativity exploring nature and end each class with a tea ceremony.
