Fall 2021 Pre-School Explorers Program

Bucks Audubon will once again be offering our popular Pre-school Explorers program for children ages 3 – 5 accompanied by a care giver. Sessions are held Thursday afternoons from 1:30 – 3:00pm and include an outdoor activity, story time and craft. The fee includes all ten sessions.  Sessions are not sold individually.

Cost:  Members $150, Non-members $200. Registration will be capped at 12 participants so sign up early! Registration required by October 1st, 2021.

  • October 7 – Nature Detectives. Learn about the animals living in Honey Hollow from the signs they leave behind.
  • October 14 – Amazing Migration! Learn all about birds, the reasons why they travel, and what we can do to help them on their journey!
  • October 21 – Crazy Camouflage Discover the different ways animals blend into their habitats and why they hide away!
  • October 28 – Halloween Special! Bring your costume for a fun Halloween celebration!
  • November 4 – Fall into Autumn Investigate the habitats of Bucks Audubon and search for signs of fall!
  • November 11 – All About Foxes! Learn all about foxes and find out where the foxes of Honey Hollow hide away!
  • November 18 – Turkey Time. Discover what makes Turkeys so cool just in time for Thanksgiving!
  • December 2 – Rain and Snow. Learn about the water cycle and what makes rain and snow!
  • December 9 – Hibernation! Some animals go to sleep for the whole winter! Learn all about which ones do and why!
  • December 16 – Winter on the Trail Discover the trails of Bucks Audubon at the start of a new season, and learn all about how trails are marked and made!
