In Japan, “forest bathing”, or shinrin-yoku, which means taking time in the forest atmosphere, is recognized for its many health benefits, both physical and mental.

Join Forest Bathing Therapist, Sharon Lohse, for a morning of health and wellness in the forests of Bucks Audubon! Come dressed for the weather and get ready to walk through the beautiful trees on our natural trails.
