Guided Forest Bathing

An event every month that begins at 9:00 am on day Fourth of the month, repeating until August 28, 2021
Join Certified Forest Therapist, Sharon Lohse, to experience a forest therapy walk designed to increase sensory awareness in nature, increase health by decreasing stress and anxiety by wandering slowly through the forests. Learners will learn what a “sit spot ” is, experience a number of invitations creativity exploring nature and end each class with a tea ceremony.
Admission is $30/session per person. This event takes place on the 4th Saturday of the month. Register HERE to attend.
