Thankful in the Forest on a Forest Therapy Walk

Join Certified Forest Therapist, Sharon Lohse, to experience a forest therapy walk designed to increase sensory awareness in nature, increase health by decreasing stress and anxiety by wandering slowly through the forests. Learners will learn what a “sit spot ” is, experience a number of invitations creativity exploring nature and end each class with a tea ceremony.
Due to Covid19, masks are required and groups are limited to 5 total couples (that would sit together) OR 6 individuals.
